Ford XF /BA fly-by-wire pedal bracket

hey all, this is the pedal I made up for my XF Ute during the barra conversion. To install this the pedal it's a tight fit, some of the heater vent has to be removed and it takes a little bit of love, the reason for this is to get the pedal to a nice stock height, I've often seen conversion pedals sit really low and at a shit angle to press on, this pedal prevents that.

each car body can vary, I had a friend test fit one to his xf sedan fine, and then had another buy one off me and the mount holes didn't quite match up. This is always a tricky thing to navigate with when making stuff for cars as they can often have little amendments or tolerances that without selling a huge amount of these (which I haven't) I don't have enough data to have it fully perfect for every single car. This is why they are made from aluminium, so that if holes need to be slotted or re drilled it can be done with ease. 

Such part goes hand in hand with a Barra conversion, if building a streetcar obviously such conversion as a whole to be legal needs a VASS or engineers cert to which this pedal option can be discussed with your engineer during the conversion and will become compliant during the engineering process on their end.
